ANCHORING FEELINGS OF CONFIDENCE

Athletes can practice and trigger ourselves to feel feelings of confidence by simply reminding ourselves of past experiences – a particular moment in competition or training when you felt those confident feelings. Once you’ve conditioned these feelings you’ll be able to trigger them at any time in performance.
